Disney’s Monorail Red or Mark VII will be out testing under the hot summer sun today, according to Disney Spokeswoman Betsy Sanchez.
The train is still being tested by Disney for its air flow. Sanchez said the Monorail Red can be seen by guests during the day today alongside the existing, purple monorail. The Monorail Red will simply be seen out on the tracks, though, and will not be open to passengers. No opening date has been announced for the new monorail train.
While the red train is still being adjusted, the blue train arrived last week and is now being tested and adjusted, Sanchez said. No arrival date has yet been announced for the new third train that will be orange with blue glass.
