Disneyland Half Marathon needs volunteers

DLHMLogoVolunteer recruitment has started for the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend, scheduled for Aug. 29 and Aug. 30 in the Disneyland Resort area.There are many opportunities available and a variety of volunteer activities. Volunteers can get a FREE theme park ticket by volunteering.

The Half Marathon will benefit the Anaheim Community Foundation. Volunteer opportunities are available at the Exo, Disney’s Family Fun Run 5K, Kids Run and Races, and the Half Marathon. These volunteers will receive apparel, a light snack per shift and a Disneyland theme park ticket.

Ticket is based on hours volunteered. A 12 hour minimum is required to receive FREE ticket.

    is there an age limit for volunteers? also what kind of things will we be volunteering for?

    To volunteer at the expo, you must be at least 15 years old. You will be doing something like registration or passing out race bags. If you are at least 12 years old, then you can volunteer on the day of the race to pass out food and water.
