The big 14-story Wyndham vacation times share building has opened in the Anaheim Resort District.

The massive 241-unit structure has been under construction for two years, and is the 15th Wyndham time share property in California.

“WorldMark Anaheim in an ideal location for those looking to visit Southern California’s many appealing attractions and it provides a unique perspective of Disneyland and the Anaheim area that can only be found at our resort which our owners are sure to enjoy for many years to come,” said Franz Hanning, president and CEO, Wyndham Vacation Ownership in a prepared release.

The condos are a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. The tower also boasts two-, three- and four-bedroom luxurious “Presidential” units.

Each unit features full kitchen; living and dining area; flat screen televisions; and in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort features an expansive game room complete with pool tables, video games and air hockey tables as well as a large fitness center. There’s an outdoor pool and hot tub, children’s pool and rooftop sundeck with additional hot tubs.

As one of the tallest buildings in Anaheim, the 14-story tower’s rooftop deck boasts spectacular views of the surrounding area as well as Disneyland’s fireworks displays.
