We just made it through the first week of November, but it’s already Christmas at Disneyland. Many of the Christmas decorations have sprung up around the resort, and we’ve got photos of a few of them here.
The holiday season officially begins Friday at both Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure, and runs through Jan. 3. Click here to read all about the plans for this year’s holiday season at Disneyland.
Candy-cane stripes are wrapped around the iconic letters spelling “California,” placed at the entrance to Disney’s California Adventure.
Poinsettias line the Partners statue of Walt and Mickey (right) on Main Street. In the foreground, Sleeping Beauty Castle is covered in snow.
Frontierland has already been spruced up with a few holiday decorations, like wreaths or these garlands around the sign for The Golden Horseshoe.
New Orleans Square was one of the first areas of the park to be decorated for the holidays. A plethora of colors brighten up the streets of New Orleans Square in the form of hundreds of ornaments, feathers and wreaths.
The Golden Gate Bridge at California Adventure’s entrance now dons a wreath and lights.
Now that Paradise Pier is under heavy construction, the Christmas Tree has moved from its traditional location across from Golden Dreams to its current spot at the end of Paradise Pier, overlooking California Screamin’ and Paradise Bay.
