dsc_0033Actress/singer Anika Noni Rose, who plays the voice of Princess Tiana in the upcoming film, “The Princess and the Frog,” gave a special performance on the banks of Disneyland’s Rivers of America on Sunday.

Rose was taping a segment for the annual “Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade” TV special, where she performed a musical number inspired by “The Princess and the Frog.”

Donning a bright-orange dress, Rose stood out among the mardi-gras style dancers aboard the Mark Twain Riverboat with the film’s lovable alligator, Louis.  She sang a musical number heard in the film and in the theme park during “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee!
